Leadership Capability Framework
This Framework identified five core criteria for high performance by senior executive and establishes a shared understanding of the critical success factors for performing in APS leadership roles.
Management Advisory Committee
The Management Advisory Committee (MAC) is a forum of Secretaries and Agency Heads established to advise the Australian Government on matters relating to the management of the APS, including identifying better practice approaches to inform and promote improvements in public administration.
